We have started accepting orders for CNC cutting, please send in your drawings in dxf, corel draw, ai or pdf files. Along with the thickness of the material that you want. Drawing should be max 250mmx350mm and 10mm gap should be left empty for clamps, all measurements should be in mm. Pricing will depend on the material, drawing and time taken to cut the drawing.
Currently We have 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm thick glass fiber sheets (yellow/green color) if you want black color sheets we can provide that too.
Dear friends, it feels great pleasure to let you know that we are very soon starting to provide cnc cutting service for you. Many times we need a custom frame structure or many other things but due to complex design we are not able to get it cut. But now no more worries, we can cut it for you. We will soon getting new frames which will be completely made by us.
How It Works?
You have to send us the drawing in corel draw or DXF format and tell us the material thickness. We will check the size of the material you need and the cutting time. Costing will depend on both, size of the material that would be used to cut your design and time required. Once everything is calculated we will send you the final pricing and time required.
Would You Provide Material?
Yes, right now we only have G10 glass fiber sheets which comes in green/yellow color but very soon we will also be stocking Carbon fiber sheets and Black color G10 sheets.
What Materials Can We Cut?
As per machine instructions we can cut: wood, MDF, acrylic, glass fiber, carbon fiber and thin aluminum.
Costing?
As we have only G10 sheets we can tell you only the material cost, but after sometime we can put up a detailed costing.
