Website is build to be very simple for the users to access, to place an order just browse the website, find a product which you want to buy and add the product into your cart. Cart will according to the quantity of a product that you have added will adjust the cost for the same. You can check the order that you have placed modify it or proceed it with checkout. This is online method to place order but if you are not comfortable with placing orders online you can simply draft a mail to email@example.com along with the products list that you want and its quantity, our sales team will soon get in touch with you about the order.
We have various methods of payment,
No its not mandatory to register on the website to use it. But if you want to place order online, maintain a records of your past orders, receive offers and vouchers, you might have to think about registering your self to the website. It does not take much time, just 2 minutes and a valid email id.
We ship all orders with free shipping using India Posts speedpost. It will take 4-7 days for any parcel to reach your place after we ship it. After payment is received we will ship an order within (working) 48 hours.
We also have a expedite shipping option using:
DTDC PLUS a paid shipping method. Normally they deliver in 24hours – 48 hours time frame. Discontinued for sometime
First Flight a paid shipping method. Normally they deliver in 24hours – 72 hours time frame. Discontinued due to poor service
DTDC Lite: a paid shipping method. Normally they deliver in 24hours to 96 hours time frame.
DTDC Premium Express: Paid and express shipping method. They guarantee delivery on next business or second business day. But it does not covers the whole India. Please check the DTDC website to find whether your pincode has this service or not.
Orders placed and payed before 12.00 noon with paid shipping method, will be shipped same day.
Orders with free shipping as mode of shipment would be shipped on next working day after we received the payment.
We are not responsible if courier is not delivered or you don’t receive the package on time. The time frame that we estimate is provided by courier provider. Normally they would deliver within that time frame but sometimes it may exceed.
Our job is to handover the shipment to courier team on time, its not our job to deliver the shipment. Once shipment is picked up you have to get in touch with your local courier office to know the latest update about the shipment.
We don’t ship on weekends and on public holidays.
Yes and No the cost for any product that is listed on the website includes shipping cost, so you don’t have to pay anything extra for a free shipping but if you want a expedite shipping method, charges are to be paid as applicable.
Yes, if you are not happy with anything we do a partial (-15% restocking charges) refund. There are some cases to it,
i. If the goods are shipped and then you decide to cancel. In this case, you will have to send the goods back to us in its original condition. And once we receive the goods we will refund you the product cost – restocking charges.
ii. If the goods are not shipped and then you decide to cancel the order. In this case, we will cancel the order and refund you product cost – restocking charges + VAT* + shipping cost (since it was not shipped)
In any case, if you have placed order via online mode of payment the transaction charges would not be refunded.
Refund of VAT amount is conditional and would be confirmed.
