what compass do you have in this ublox??
it also says it works with 3 volts where as apm 2.6 i2c supply 5 volts will this work with apm for sure??
It would work fine if you use it with APM. And it is build to be used with APM. Just follow the connection properly

Description says it has apm connector and pixhawk connecter is included. Product came with pixhawk connector that too without the apm connector crib.
