Here we explain how to build the tilt motor mount from our easy copter series.
It comes with following things:
1 x 2.5mm Glass Fiber Motor Mount
2 x Legs
2 x 1.5mm push rods
2 x Linkage Stoppper
4 x hinge mounts
1 x Pivot mount
1 x Servo holder
2 x Boom mount
2 x Boom holder
1 x (2mm) hinge rod
1x M3 Screw
1x M3 Lock Nut
Things that you get in the kit:

Step 1: Fix the servo on the servo holder.

Step 2: Fix the servo on the holder using glue and the screw.

Step 3: From here in the picture you may not see the servo but you have to connect servo before you proceed to next step.

Step 4: Insert the other 2 boom holder too at this time.

Step 5: Insert a 13mm boom for the ease of built (to hold the parts together) now place the top boom holder and add glue on both the sides of the plate.

Step 6: Lets move to mount built, motor mount is made using 2.5mm Glass fiber. It has 5 brackets for hinges and pivot control.

Step 7: Insert the 4 x hinges in the first 4 bracket of the mount and add some glue or CA to hold them together.

Step 8: At the last bracket of the mount, you have to insert the pivot control from the bottom of the mount. After this is done, use from CA/glue on the joints and keep them aside for glue to dry

Step 9: Lets move to legs, you have to fix the servo mount and the boom holder to the legs. Images are self explanatory

Step 10: Glue time.
Step 11: Apply glue on all the joints highlighted below repeat this for the other side as well. Keep it aside for sometime for glue to dry down.

Step 12: Now we have to join both the parts together. stand and mount.

Step 13: Align the mount and the stand using the hinges as show in the figure. All the holes (2mm for hinge control rod) should come on one line.

Step 14: Once its aligned insert the 2mm hinge rod, if everything is aligned nice and straight then it would be easy. You can use a drop of machine oil. Adding a bend at both the ends is highly recommended.

Step 15: All left now is to add control rods to pivot hinge and connect them with servo. Make a Z bend at the end of the control rod before you connect it to pivot hinge.
