Returns & Replacement

Quadkopters offer complete replacement or returns of any product only in following conditions

  • Product is defect at the time its arrived
  • Product not as per description*
  • Product is faulty or broken when you receive it

Quadkopters will return/replace products only if you inform about your concern over mail or telephone within 48 hours after products arrival, strictly within 48 hours no excuses. For any queries please write to us at webmaster@quadkopters.com

For refund process please check FAQ page, to get refund too customer has to inform us within 5 days after received of product. No exception, and it has to be in its orignal condition with original packing. Quadkopters holds right to reject refund request if any product is found not in its original condition.

Note: Shipping charges for returns would be bare by the customer and is non refundable.
